Very nice 81 z/28. It is very quick with the proffesional built 540 cubic in engine. Specs for engine included below. It is a t top car that has never had the body retored . It shines incredibly for a 22 year old car. It has a few chips here and there that are only noticable if you are really looking. There is NO rust anywhere and it has never had rust repair performed. It is like new underneath with no signs of rust anywhere it has been garaged its whole life and never driven in the winter. It has an 8 point roll cage with an incredible finish that matches the interior color. Recaro seats. All autometer phantom guages. The heater has been removed to make room for the big block. It was an original ac car and I have most of the oe ac parts that go with the sale.It has a ton of stock parts to go with it but you will need to figure out how to get them shipped. I have some nos rubber gaskets.The interior is very nice with some wear on the seats shown in the pics it also could use a new carpet. It has radio delete.All the wiper stuff has been removed but is included in the sale. Please note actual vehicle mileage is un known but the engine and trans have about 1k miles on them. Now the best part, the powertrain. It has a professionally built 540 bbc built by Boyds engine works over 15k invested in engine. It has been dynoed and tuned before installation. It makes an honest 731hp @ 6500 rpm and 670 ftlbs torque @ 5300 rpm.All dyno sheets included. These numbers are with the low compression pistons which it has installed now they are 10.5:1 comp ratio and runs on pump gas. It had 13.5:1 comp ratio pistons in it and it dynoed over 850 hp and 700 ft lbs of torque but it had to be run on pump gas. The high compression pistons are included with the sale. The engine is a new gm block, callies drogonslayer crankshaft, oliver rods, je custom pistons, comp cams solid roller cam custom ground, isky red zone rebuildable lifters, manley 3/8 pushrods, jessel shaft mount rocker arms, cloyes hex adjust timing set, coated bearings, ati super dampner, afr 335 cnc ported heads flow 410 cfm, world products merlin intake ported and gasket matched, bg race demon carb with removable venturies, stefs steel baffled oil pan, all arp fateners. It has hooker super comp coated headers, 3" exh with an x pipe and it not really that loud very comftorable sound level in the car.The trans is a custom built th 400 with a hughes full manual valve body. The convertor is a tci custom 8" that stalls at 4500. The rear is a stock 10 bolt 8.5" with a spool, c clip eliminators, 33 spline axle 3:73 gears and new set of 4:11 come with the sale. This thing is super quick on the street I have never run it with the low comp pistons but it went high 9s with the high comp pistons. It drives very tight and comftorable on the street and does not overheat. It has a brand new 3 core aluminum radiator and a pair of brand new electric fans. The fuel tank has had a sump pick up added for those hard launches. The ignition is all msd with a 6 digital box and a timing control. This car drives excellent for a very quick street car.
