Up for auction I have a 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible. This car is in un-restored condition. It is a great candidate for restoration because it has all of the original parts that can be swapped out for new or better ones. The body has rust in many spots including the front and rear quarter panels, the back seat floor boards, and the rear bumper. The engine turns over by hand, but stops at a certain point. I pulled the spark plugs and the spark plug closest to the driver had a lot of rust on it, signaling it was the problem cylinder. The odometer reads 72469 original miles. The carburetor also needs to be rebuilt. The interior is in decent shape. There is only one rip on the driver side seat where the seam is. The carpet in the back seat has a hole in it (see photo). The glass is all in great shape with no cracks or chips. The doors have a hard time closing all of the way. The tires all need to be replaced. They do however have the original hub caps that are in good shape. The VIN # is *6F08C342439*. We do have the title for the car.
