Up for sale is my Father's 2005 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Roadster with 19,500 miles. It is finished in Race Yellow with a Black top and Black interior. This is an all original vehicle with no modifications. It has been very well maintained and always garage kept. It was never raced and only driven on nice days. My Father knew the previous owner, who is a auto collector with over 15+ vehicles in his 'showroom.' The only reason my Father is selling it is to buy a 360 Modena. My father is a automobile enthusiast and always takes meticulous care of his vehicles. He is a retired engineer for the US Navy and is very picky when it comes to his vehicles; he always buys near perfect examples. There were 322 Race Yellow SRT-10 Vipers made in 2005. It had all the fluids changed in the last month and passed the Virginia State inspection with flying colors. As you know, this is the third generation of the Viper with 500 bhp and 525 lb-ft of torque. 0-60 comes in a quick 3.9 seconds. If you do not want attention, this is not the car for you. Whether it is a cruise night, car show, or you are just pumping gas... people will take photos, start up a conversation, and even take video of you and this Viper. My Father sold his 2007 Corvette Z06 for this Viper and it did not get a fraction of the attention this car does. You can park it next to Ferraris and Lamborghinis at the car show and no one will question you... and only you know how much you paid! Onto the pictures: The Viper is in great shape in and out. Cosmetically, it does have a few rock chips on the nose and hood but most have been touched up and are very hard to notice. The paint shines like new and the convertible top is also in great shape. I would rate the exterior a 9/10. The interior is in great shape as well. Just take a look at the pictures. The original Viper floormats are in good shape as well as all the knobs/controls. Mechanically the Viper is in excellent shape. No leaks, no abnormal noises, no warning lights. The clutch is firm yet smooth. The suspension is in good shape with a firm ride and no noises. The steering is tight and free of noises. The tires have 65% left and are Michelin Pilots. The Xenon headlights work 100%. All the electronics work 100%. No issues! We have two keys, two remote FOBs, the original owners manuals, and the factory service manual. Remember, this is a private sale.
