This is an extremely nice truck from top to bottom and has a lot to offer any car enthusiast. 1971 was a great year for Chevorlet and this may be one of the nicest one on the market today. In the listing to follow we will try to give you a brief description on the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the one we have, but first I would like to tell you a little about us. J and J auto Sales is a Used Car and classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory and no consignments. We Do Not Finance Muscle cars or classics. We Mostly deal in muscle cars and vintage automobiles and have a wide variety of inventory at any given time. You can count on us to have 10 to 15 classic cars at all times. It as good if not better than now then when new. It’s covered in slick Blue/Gray Paint that is in great shape with the added custom flammed job. It has been waxed and polished to a mirror finish. All of the gaps and body lines are even and as they were in 1971. The chrome and stainless is decent shape . the grill could use some polishing. This truck has had a restoration less than three years ago. I would rate the paint at an 8 out of 10. We always sale cars over 10years old as exempt in Tennesse since it only has the 5 digit odmeter. miles on her. The wheels are in great shape with new tires that really pull this truck together to make an rare custom piece. Now To describe the interior of the ’1971 C-10. The same detail that is in the exterior is still alive in the interior. The interior is done in all gray and provides the perfect complement to the exterior scheme. It comes with a bench being gray. All of the interior has been recovered. One of the final accents is what appears to be the nice door panels and rear and the dash , rockers, doors have also been repainted to match. All of the seats, carpet, door panels, and dash are in good condition. Now to the Engine Bay of the C-10 When you look under the hood you will see a BB 402 that is mated to a 350 Turbo trans with a 10 bolt rear end. The engine has been rebuilt and has a real mild cam in it. Very stong running engine backed by a good shifting transmission.The C-10 comes does not have Power Steering or Power Disk Brakes but steers easy and stops as it should. It does have disk brakes. All of the engine bay is free of oil leaks and rust issues. This c-10 is as clean in the engine bay as the outside of the truck. Id give it a 10 out of a 10 Underneath The C-10 When looking at the bottom it looks very good with the floor pans and frame rails all looking solid with no visible signs of rust that I’ve seen. Most C-10's have rust issues making this one of a kind. When looking underneath we found no signs of any rust issues at all. This is also a common issue found on 95% of the Chevys ive seen this year. All of the frame is free of rot or no visable signs of any damage is seen. All cars in Tn are sold as Exempt after 10 years on the mileage.
