This bike is all most complete. Its missing the air cleaner and cover and the kill button, I just touch the wire to the handle bar to turn it off. I don't know much about the condition but it does start and and shift good. Clutch does not slip. Carb mite need a cleaning. But it does fire up and you can ride it the way it is.
