You are bidding on a one owner car. It is a 1969 Saab 96 V4 Deluxe with 63,7xx miles. Chassis number 535325. Exterior: This car is dent free, with no signs of rust. There are just a couple of minor scratches due to normal wear and tear. There is a little orange peel due to having been re-painted, but nothing that a little color sanding and buffing wouldn't fix. The color is nice and deep. All chrome is in good condition with the exception of a small piece on the trunk handle. All glass is good with the exception of the windshield, which has a crack on the passenger's side that doesn't leak. The trunk is in beautiful condition. Interior: The interior is all original, and it is a non-smoking vehicle. It's in good to excellent condition with the exception of some sun burn on the top of the back seat - see pics. The factory Bendix AM radio still works, and the headliner is in great condition. All windows go up and down. All factory dash. Tires: The tires have good tread, but probably need to be replaced due to their age. I have four extra rims that are in good shape that will go with the car. Engine: The engine is all original with the exception of an electric fuel pump. Compression is an amazing 140 PSI in all cylinders. It's an easy start every time, with no smoke, and idles well. This car is a dependable daily driver, but it's also close enough to perfect that it could easily be fully restored. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping.
