Up for sale is my 1994 Ford F150 regular cab 4 x 4. I have owed this truck for the past 7 years and it has been a second car during my entire ownership used for landscaping around my house and for hauling and moving things. The truck has 130,000 miles on it and it does run and drive although I have let the inspection lapse so if it will be titled again in PA it will need to be inspected by the buyer after the sale before it can be street legal. I am not a mechanic but I wanted to list the things that I do know about the truck. It is an 18 year old truck and is by no mean a show truck but with a little TLC could make a great work/plow truck for years to come. The good: The truck does run and drive. It starts on the first try and drives well. The truck does have a new battery; the exhaust was replaced when I purchased the truck in 2005, and it has a nice spray in bed liner, and has two gas tanks (although I lost the key to the locking gas cap on the one) The bad: Radio does work, emergency brake is broken and the housing/ pedal in the truck will need to be replaced (a common problem with these trucks from what I understand). The 4x4 does work but the shifter did become disconnected from the transfer case, so until it is repaired you can only shift into 4x4 from under the truck by hand. There is also a far amount of rust on the truck. I believe that someone before me had used the truck for a boat of some kind and used it to get the boat in and out of the water. This is just a guess but it seems to make sense. Lastly the key does not work to lock and unlock the door on the passenger side door. The door works fine but can not be locked from the outside with the key. This is everything that I know about the truck. If you have any questions I will be happy to try and answer them but as I said I am not a mechanic. This is a good looking work truck and with a little TLC can be a good truck for years to come; I am just not personally in need of it anymore.
