WINNING BIDDER After auction has ended, the winning bidder must contact seller via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours to proceed with payment and pickup arrangements. PAYMENT METHODS Cash (in person), bank wire transfer or bank cashier's check ONLY. Cash payments are accepted ONLY in person - Cash payments by mail are not accepted. No credit cards or personal checks are accepted. BANK WIRE TRANSFER is the preferred payment method. Please note, if BANK CASHIER'S CHECK is used as payment method, the vehicle and/or title will NOT be released until the cashier's check has cleared and settled in the seller's bank account. DEPOSIT The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due and take delivery within 7 business days of the close of the auction. PICKUP / DELIVERY / TITLE ARRANGEMENTS To allow for proper completion of paperwork, pickup of the vehicle will be scheduled only Monday thru Thursday during the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm Central. The We Bye title clerks do NOT work on Friday or Saturday. Pickup at any other time will be made ONLY by special arrangement made directly between the buyer and We Bye Used Cars. If special arrangements are made, the buyer does so with full understanding that title to the vehicle may have to be sent via FedEx once completed by We Bye title clerks during regular stated business hours. ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES The buyer is responsible for all applicable state, county/parish and city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered. SHIPPING The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Seller assumes NO responsibility for damages of any kind including theft, accident, or natural disaster incurred after vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received prior to vehicle being delivered or picked up by shipping company.
