For sale by owner is a 2002 Chevy Express 1500 Cargo Van. This Van has only 108,784 (will change as still being driven once in a while) and in oustanding mechanical condition. This van was used by a local county agency to deliver light cargo and always meticulously maintained. In fact, I have the total service history I can send to you via email if you want to view it...everything from wiper replacement to brakes is detailed in this report. This report accounts for mileage driven everytime it was used, as well as the date of any maintenance. I will note that no major damage or repairs have been done in that report except the usual maintainence one would find in a service vehicle.My brother and I purchased it for a small business but no longer need it because we got a new truck and trailer and will be selling it at NO RESERVE and will NOT sell it locally...if you bid and win it will be yours! I have 100% positive feedback and will be as honest in my description as possible. If you have any questions please ask. Mechanically this van runs great. The van tracks great and steering is without any wobbles and a tight suspension. The muffler is solid and great. The glass is all perfect and without any chips. There are no known leaks and the engine is great and always starts right up and runs perfect. Tires are good and have plenty of wear left...although the rears have two matching snows on it right now. The transmission shifts just fine and is an automatic. The only mechanical attention it would need to be perfect is the ABS light is on, but doesn't effect the braking or driving at all. We just got this van inspected about 10 days ago so know everything is just fine to start using this van with confidence. Brake are good, although I was thinking about replacing front rotors because of a very slight vibration when braking. The air blows cold and the heater works just fine too. No other mechanical issues nor is there any check engine lights on...this van runs great! Exterior condition is fair for its age. There is some slight rust but is superficial and no real rust through spots...some bubbling and typical rust. The underneath is in really great shape and no major rust at all. There is quite a few scuffs and paint fading and scratches throughout, but more so where there was the county stickers on the van. You can see the fading of where the signage was on both sides of the van, but not really a concern for me because it is a work van. The inside of this van in in excellent condition and very clean for a 2002. The rockers are all solid and so are the doors on the inside underneath. The driver's seat had a worn spot where the seat had lost its foam and a hole...I put some foam in her and got some seat covers that made it look real good. The passanger seat is fine and no other interior issues at all. This van is located in Jamestown NY 14701 and being sold without reserve.
