Up for sale is this exceptional 1988 Jaguar XJS V12 coupe. This vehicle is a one owner car and has only 25,000 original miles. This vehicle was owned by a 92 year old gentlemen and the car rarely ever left the garage. The exterior of the Jaguar is arctic white and the interior is tan camel leather. This Jaguar is in extremely great shape. You would never know the vehicle was almost 25 years old. This Jaguar has all the options you could possibly ask for. It has leather interior with burl walnut trim, power windows, power locks, Jaguar sound system, heated seats, lumbar inflated seats, power mirrors, cruise control, alloy wheels, vanity mirrors, ABS, a powerful smooth V12 engine, air conditioning, and much much more. All the power features work the way they should (see my video). The jaguar runs and drives like a brand new vehicle. The engine and transmission drive like a 25,000 mile vehicle should. The car steers like a dream and the suspension is quiet and soft. The car feels like its floating on air when its being driven. The car has been through jaguar service less than 200 miles ago. The jaguar dealer changed the oil and filter, put in new air filters, new plugs and wires, and cleaned the fuel injection system. The car runs and drives like new. The exterior of the jaguar look beautiful. All the chrome shines like glass and the paint is very shiny as well. All the exterior lights and signals work. Every feature in the car works the way it should. The interior of the car is fantastic as well. The seats look like new and the carpeting and door panels are look as they did in 1988. The dash is in brand new shape with no cracks or anything. The steering wheel looks like it was never held before. There are some minor surface cracks in the wood veneer on the console by the shifter, but nothing to really talk about. It still looks very presentable. The only part of the car that needs attention is the headliner. The headliner was sagging and the owner removed it and was gonna have it replaced but he never got around to it because he was elderly. So the car will need a headliner. You can buy a new one on ebay for $200. I already priced them. If you win the vehicle I will knock $200 of the auction price so you can buy yourself a headliner for the Jag. I think that is fair. Don't you? Besides the headliner the car is complete and in amazing shape. The Jaguar spent most of its life in a garage in the hamptons. It was rarely ever driven and only on weekends for pleasure. The car is 100% rust free and is a true survivor. The vehicle has brand new pirelli P6000 tires. These are the same model and brand tires that it came with when it was new. I have all the original owners manuals and books for the car as well as the seat belt buckles and the touch up paint which is still in the original boxes. The spare tire has never been mounted and the entire tool kit is there as well. The tool kit has also never been used and its entirely complete and in mint shape. I even have the newspaper clipping that the owner clipped out of the daily news when he seen the car advertised when it was new. He even ended up buying the car from that dealership!! Everything was saved. The car was loved and cared for and now its time for it to go to a new home.
