This is a 2000 Chevrolet Prism which is a Toyota Corolla - research it online and you will see it was a joint venture between Chevrolet and Toyota and it has a Toyota engine and takes all the parts of a Toyota Corolla so this car will last many more miles (only143k now) if cared for properly . Four brand new tires just put on it a month ago. I have a clear title in hand and is great on gas. I bought a new car and no longer need this one. I changed the oil every 3000 miles and cared for it very well. I was driving it up until 3 days ago and it runs great. UPDATE---There is a check engine light that comes on occasionally and advance auto staff says the code shows that it needs a rear oxygen sensor which costs about 75.00. The light is off now and i had the car state inspected just today (09/10/12) I also had two new wiper blades installed to pass the inspection so if you buy this within 30 days, you can use the same state inspection and wont have to pay to get it inspected. The AC compressor and other components work fine but the system needs to be recharged with freon.The exterior passenger door handle is broken but still works and door opens fine ( see pic).Has a stereo with cd player and mp3 auxillary jack. There are some stains on the seats. All power windows and power locks work fine. This is a used car with some minor issues as listed but it starts first time every time , its great on gas , has four brand new tire with whiskers still on them. It is very reliable and runs great right now , I would feel comfortable driving it anywhere right now.Perfect first time or student or gas saver commuter car. The LOWEST kelley blue book value allowing for some mechanical issues is $1992.00. With $400.00 worth of brand new tires, a recent state inspection and a clean carfax /clean title and a gas saving, low mileage car that is reliable , its a good deal.Clear title in hand and ready to go.
