Needs a good cleaning and buffing from being in storage for the last several years. It was serviced then put into storage many years ago. You will have to clean out the tank etc from it sitting. Might need some minor tinkering from sitting. No leaks at all. Motor spins free and has all the gears. I have not and am not putting gas in it.
