1963 Pontiac Bonneville ConvertibleI have had this car sitting in the garage for the last 15 years, hoping to have time to work on this project. I have too many other projects and need to make room in the garage before winter. The car is originally from Wisconsin, where I purchased it from a guy who started restoring it, but was battling cancer and did not have time for it either. The engine is believed to be a 1965 with an engine code of "YE" and a 8 bolt water pump. The engine was rebuilt by the pervious owner in 1990, with only about 1,000 miles on it since then. It runs and drives just great. A new top and carpet was installed in 1990 as well. The floor pans are in excellent shape and are solid. The truck pan is in fair condition and is usable. The frame was repaired by the pervious owner by the rear wheels and not sure why it was repaired, because the rest of the frame looks solid. Overall, the car is excellent project car if someone would put some time and effort into it.
