Vehicle Detail

This is my 1999 Ford Super Duty F-350 Crew Cab Dually. This truck has been in New Mexico for most of its life. They don't get much snow there so they don't for the most part use salt on the roads. There is no rust on this truck. This has been my personal "Toy" for its life. I had a hard wall pop-up camper on it (10' Alaskan) and towed a car trailer with my Jeep on the trailer. It was my hunting rig. I also had a 34' fifth wheel I towed with the truck. This will tow or haul anything you need moved. I had to look in the mirrors to make sure the jeep was still back there. I moved to Wisconsin 3 years ago, I have put less than 1,500 miles on since that time, so the truck needs to find a new home where she can go to work. The following is a list of whats on the truck and it is probable I have missed some things. 7.3 diesel, 6 speed manual (6th is an overdrive), electronic 4 X 4 w/hi and low range, Lariat Package (tan leather seats, tan carpet, tan dash and door panels etc), Crew Cab, 150,411 miles, Aluminum Wheels, L235/85R 16 truck tires (Michelin LTX A/S and Michelin X on the rears with about 60% life left) (Firestone Transforce HT on the front with 700 miles on them since new), Engine block heater. Banks Otto-mind chip installed in 2004 with Banks 4" stainless steel exhaust from the turbo to the tail pipe with a 5" chrome tip, Banks big head waste gate operator, Banks pillar mounted dual gages (Turbo Boost and Pyrometer) (This truck model year came with a catalytic converter, the model year 2000 did not as Ford discovered it would pass emissions without one. This one was removed when the exhaust was installed (less back pressure) at the same time we put in a K&N air cleaner. This truck will get 20 miles to a gallon running empty if you keep it in 6th gear and under 65 miles an hour. Pulling loaded with camper and trailer I got 12+ and this was in the mountains of NM and Colorado. AM/FM/single CD player, cruise control, Power Windows, Sliding rear window, (the rear side windows and the rear window have limousine tint, the drivers and passengers side windows have 30% tint, all after market), Air conditioning, Cruise control, Power Windows, Power Drivers seat, Power Door locks, Power Mirrors that fold in and extend for trailer towing, Kelsey trailer brake controller, HD catch all floor mats (cabellas), Running boards, Dash Mat, Camper Mount, Locking tail gate, Spin in Goose Neck Ball hitch (with its tools), bed light, rear mounted tractor headlight (hooked to back up lights and with its own dash mounted rocker switch), 2" receiver, (the drop down hitch in the pictures does not come with the sale) Factory tow package, Trailer wiring (7 round and 6 round mounted next to receiver, another 7 round in the bed and a 2 flat next to left taillight), 1.5 amp battery tender, dual interstate megratron batterys, New clutch 1,000 miles ago (put in the best one I could pressure plate, disc, throwout bearing and a new shift fork), all fluids changed 500 miles ago (royal purple in all the boxes) This truck has never had anything in it except for Shell Rottela and it has been changed every 5K for its entire life. Brakes, Serpentine belt, and King pins changed at 100K. The pictures show sub frame and wiring and controller for a Western Uni-Mount 7.5' straight blade snow plow. I put the plow on this truck last year after I wrecked my plow truck, I pushed my driveway twice last winter (very mild) I will pull the plow before you pick up the truck but I am not going to pull it till I know it is sold. If you wanted the plow with the truck, we could negotiate a separate deal, but the plow is so new I haven't even turned over the cutting edge yet. (it has only been used for my 1/4mi drive) In the interest of full disclosure: 3 of the 4 power locks need replaced (100 bucks a pop) I never replaced them as I never used them. The light in the radio does not work (the radio works fine) you just cannot tell what station you are on. For me it is set to the local talk radio station and thats all I use. I am sure there are lots of these radios in junk yards. The leather on the drivers seat is showing some wear (no tears, just wear) The custom paint was done at the dealership body shop when the truck was purchased, the clear coat is breaking down in places, especially on the dually fenders, and the paint overall has several muffs, scrapes and scratches. This truck has served me well for this long, I would get in it tomorrow and drive it any where in the country and never give it a second thought, for myself I am sure it will go another 150K as trouble free as the last 150K has been. That being said, this is a used truck and I am selling it as is where is. However if you are looking for the big truck that will do and pull anything you need. This is it. Thanks for looking.
