It was used as a service truck and has some mileage, but it's been under fleet maintenance and still looks pretty nice and runs/drives very well. The truck is aptly equipped, everything works, has good tires, and it comes with a bunch of service documentation on the Carfax including recent stuff. This is a great workhorse, tow rig, or daily driver for someone that needs a tough one. You'll dig this truck. exterior The paint and body on this guy are very presentable for having some mileage and being used for work. It's been in Colorado all its' life and we don't salt the roads in winter. There's no body rust, obvious damage, and no body rust. The wheels look nice and tires have good tread all the way around. The front-rear tire brands are mismatched, but it doesn't affect ride and the tread pattern isn't all that different. Wear is equal and they're not all cupped. The doors open and close fine, tailgate works properly, and it has one mean looking front bumper with a winch built in, and we have the controller. The truck has some road wear on the lower rockers that we touched up. It's not an oil field truck per say, but it has seen some dirt roads. The insides of the wheel wells are pitted. The truck has a few little waves in the right rear 1/4 from a ding at the bottom, not really any paint damage though. The left rear tail light has a crack, we can replace inexpensively if you'd like a new one. The truck has some boxes in the bed, and bracketry. We can remove free of charge if you don't need it. The rig has never had a gooseneck or hitch in the bed, was just a service truck. There's a few other small superficial marks about the vehicle, but for the age and mileage it looks very good. The photos document it well, have a look! interior The interior is clean and has been well detailed. On trucks like this, our guys typically pull everything out except the dash and door panels, and they clean it and put it back together. They just come out better that way. The truck is a fairly basic model, does have cloth upholstery, nice cold air, and cd player. Everything works. The upholstery is nice, no rips or burn holes and it doesn't smell like smoke inside. The drivers floor panel has a worn spot, I'm sure we can dig up some floor mats somewhere. We have the original manuals and a bunch of service receipts on the truck. mechanical This was a fleet maintained truck and it came in looking and running very well. According to the history reports, recently the transmission was serviced, front brakes replaced, and about 30k ago the driveline fluids otherwise were serviced. We replaced the power steering box which had a bad seal. The truck doesn't have any bad leaks, just a little normal seepage from the mileage. The brake pad life is great, belt and hoses good, oil and filter are new and it drives easy. The truck shifts fine, 4x4 works as it should, plenty of power, really pretty darn nice for a workhorse. These GM trucks just seem to put up with a little bit more abuse than the Fords do and still drive nice. This rig has another 150k to go easy.
