General upkeep such as Oil Changes, Alignment, Fluid Changes, Tire Rotations, Brake Replacement and all other General Maintence is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.
This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!
The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.
Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.
A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
