Vehicle Condition Although the vehicle has been properly maintained in good condition with no major flaws or defects that we are able to see your realistic expectations are greatly appreciated. Please view the photos for a better look of the over all vehicle condition. Overall, it is a clean vehicle. There are the normal wear and tear for its age and miles but nothing significant that we can find. If the vehicle has problems that we are aware of we will disclose them. Terms of Sale California residents are obligated to pay California sales tax, license, registration, title transfer, doc fee and smog fee. Out of state customers who intend to register the vehicle in their own respective state are responsible for doc fee ($65) and California Smog fee ($58.75), and are responsible for contacting their State Department of Motor Vehicles for registration and taxes. If the purchaser takes possession of the vehicle in the state of California and drives the vehicle back to their respective home state, California Sales Tax will be assessed towards the transaction. However, if the vehicle is transported out of the state of California via a licensed car carrier, then no sales tax is applicable. Buyer is responsible for the arrangements and the cost of transportation. Winning bidder is required to transfer $500 within 24 hours of the closure of the auction and the remaining balance is due within 7 days after the closure of the auction.
