You are bidding on a Tesla Model S Production reservation slot in the 2000's available. I have a reservation and am offering my second reservation as an option to you. I would be willing to provide a legally binding contract for the sale that will protects your funds from fraud or in the event that should Tesla not complete its end. Terms: The price of the car is not included. You will be able to fully configure a production car with a reservation number in the 2000's. Car will be purchased in Washington State and sold "used" to the buyer with as few miles as humanly possible. Delivery may be required to take place in Washington State and possibly may be available at the factory in California. I would be willing to work with Tesla to take delivery personally in your location if this is allowed but I can not guarantee this. As such, transfer to another location may be required at full cost to the buyer. Washington title will transfer to the buyer who will be responsible for any and all sales tax for their state (0% in Washington State). Latest estimates show that most production cars will not be delivered until early 2013 and offers for earlier delivery are likely not accurate. Delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once locked, Tesla will not allow changes to the configuration. Full payment of final invoice from Tesla will be due around 30 days prior to delivery. Be aware that Tesla adds a number of standard fees that I can not control of lie the $950 delivery charge. Failure to provide full payment including fees/taxes will result in cancellation and forfeit of the any amount up to the full bid amount for costs incurred by me for cancelling the reservation.
