Vehicle Detail

Original 1967 Firdbird If you are looking for a nice original unmolested car to cruise and show, this may be it. I bought this car in 2004 from the original owner who was in his late 80s. He bought the car new for his wife in 1967 at Kyle Pontiac Buick in London, Ohio. The car was a grocery getter until she passed in 1986 then it sat in his garage. Car has two really rare options including a tilt wheel and the strato bench seat. 72K original miles on the original drive train. Motor (326) and trans (ST300) were never out of the car. Everything is original including all the sheet metal. Car is SOLID. There is no rust through, soft spots or paint bubbles anywhere. The underside has light surface rust where the factory undercoating has peeled. When I bought the car I had a small dent pulled on the rear quarter and it painted by a high-end restoration shop. Repaint was factory color and I replaced the black factory rally stripe. Car runs and sounds great. Delco AM radio still works nicely. I have the original title, protecto plate, manual, receipts for tires in '69, several old registraitions and a police document where the car was stolen in 1978 and recovered. I also have the orginal keys as well as before, during and after pictures from the repaint. All the chrome and interior (even the carpet) are all original. Trunk still has factory GM splatter paint. Even the shocks and muffler are the ones that came on it. If being original is high on your want list, come take a look. You won't be disappointed. Cars like this don't come around too often. The only reason I am selling it is that I have two children under 5 and I never drive the car. Its sits in the garage and I take it around the block every Sunday. The car deserves to be driven, shown and appreciated. THIS IS AN AWESOME DEAL. CAR SHOOULD SELL QUICKLY AT THIS PRICE. GET IT BEFORE IT'S GONE OR I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT SELLING IT. PRICE IS FIRM. BUYERS ARE WELCOME TO INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE HITTING "BUY IT NOW".
