For your Consideration 1968 Triumph TR250 w/Factory Overdrive. The Triumph TR250 was manufactured for the U.S. market. Only 8484 TR250's were produced. Commission Number CD 3054 LO Paint Code Number 66 Valencia Blue Trim Code Number 11 Black Engine Number CC 2269 E Body Number 2861 CC This car was parked in a garage in 1983 and sat there until we purchased it from the widow of the original owner and has been stored inside since. We are the second owners. I have a copy of the original title indicating it was purchased in 1968. The car is very original including the rare factory overdrive confirmed by the "O" at the end of the commission number. Needs Restored. Body is rusty in the typical TR areas as can be seen in the photos. Frame is rusted through in areas and needs to be repaired or replaced. Convertible top needs to be replaced. There in a tonneau cover that has been cut out to fit around the roll bar, Tonneau has some holes and is black. No boot cover. All badges are present. Glass is good. Door windows roll up and down freely. Original gauges are present. A rollbar has been added. Extra lamps in front are GE. Mechanical condition unknown. Does not run. We have not tried to start. Overdrive transmission is present. Interior trim is original. Carpet is nonexistent in some areas. Original door panels and seat covers will need to be replaced. Both doors open and close nicely. Spare wire wheel included but not pictured. Chrome looks straight. Original Wingard exterior mirror. Please email with questions Deposit of $500 required via Paypal within 3 days of auction close.
