It's a 1-owner corporate fleet lease company truck and shows a great service history on Carfax. The truck looks mean, runs and drives very well, and is priced affordably. It has a very unique work body insert installed in the bed and with a mild lift, this truck will fit some pretty big tires if you want. These trucks are extremely durable and this rig has a long haul to go. It's a cool setup and a great find! exterior The paint and body on this guy are in good shape overall. It has nice gloss, no body rust, and no hail. It has a clean history report, no accidents. The truck has about a 2" lift, should fit 315 series tires easily, possibly bigger. The tires on it are fine to drive on for a while yet, but definitely not new. The wheels show a little wear, really wheels and tires would go a long ways if you want that custom look. The truck box insert on this guy is pretty neat, and definitely unique. It has a top sliding cover that pushes back depending on whether you need 'truck or van' functionality. The tailgate has a step for easy in/out when you need it. Underneath, there's a huge heavy duty slide-out rack for equipment or parts. The side boxes are easy to get in and out of as well. The way it was designed, it's all very usable, someone put a lot of thought into this setup. The truck is straight for the most part, except the passenger bed side which has a long thin crease. We can fix and paint the bedside for about $350 if you want it done in base-clear. The left lower rocker has a little wave in the paint, but it's not too bad. I wouldn't bother with that. Other than those items, just a little normal road wear and a few superficial marks. It's a good looking truck, just not brand new. The photos document it well. interior The interior is clean. It smells pleasant, not like smoke. The truck is an XL, but does have the XLT seating up front, tilt, cruise, built in brake controller, a/c, etc. The dash, upholstery, and flooring look pretty good. There's a few little marks on the interior rear doors. This truck would've had a vinyl rear seat, but the base has been removed. We have several options locally for a seat, from vinyl to cloth, to leather, depending on price and color. They're not too pricey if you need one. Everything works inside otherwise. mechanical This rig runs out great. It fires up easy and idles smooth. There's no check engine light, and it doesn't have the low tire light on now. (This system in these trucks is very poor, so don't be surprised if it comes on 500 miles down the road.) It's easy to drive, feels very solid, little road noise from the tires, but not too bad. The driveline is all quiet. We replaced one exhaust manifold which always goes on these, did new oil and filter, and detailed it. The brake pad life is very good, no drippy leaks, belt and hoses fine and driveline fluids otherwise look full and pretty clean. The transmission shifts nicely and fluid is red. The truck has a very good deal of service documentation on the Carfax and has definitely been well kept. These trucks routinely go over 300k, no reason you can't get a lot of use left from this guy.
