1977 Porsche 911 SC Carrera Cabriolet Convertible with 56,454 miles. I am selling the car for a family member who has owned it since 1985. The car has been in dry storage for at least five years. It was started and warmed up regularly during that time. The car began life as a Targa and was converted to a cabriolet in Germany. The vehicle was repainted to the current red sometime before 1985. The original color was probably silver (see photos).The body is solid and appears to be rust-free.The brakes are excellent.Transmission and clutch are fine.Engine does not smoke and has plenty of power.New starter.There are several nicks and a couple of small dings.The interior and carpet are in good condition, but have some fadingThe rear window needs to be replaced.The driver's door panel has a small crack next to the lock button.Sun visors need to be replaced.Two small stone chips in windshield.The heater boxes are rusty and need replacement.Front stabilizer bushings are sloppy.Engine has some oil leaks.May have exaust leaks.Air conditioning compressor doesn't work and the belt has been removed.Tires are in fair condition.There is a dent in the gas tank.See 60 more photo here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/22013010@N08/ Please study the photos and/or contact me with questions before bidding. 440-591-5099 Will Bidders must have a minimum of ten (10) positive feebacks.
