This Escort has been in the family since it was purchased in 1986. It is a daily driver. I am averaging 48 miles to the gallon. The following was replaced the Winter of 2010 and into the middle of 2011. The parts put on where all NEW, not used or remanufactured: Rack and Pinion, Rear wheel bearings inner/outer, Front hub assemblies with bearings/seals, Front rotors/brakes, Front A-arms with lower Ball joints/bushings, Front sway bar bushings, Timing Belt , Injector pump belt, Complete Exhaust system, Front struts and Outer Tie-rod ends. it does have Bio-diesel grade fuel lines on tank. It does have a fresh oil change with Shell Rotella and NAPA (wix) filters along with NAPA (wix) fuel filter. The factory brake vacuum pump has been rebuilt twice and has stopped working again. I currently have a vacuum pump as seen in the pic. The cruise control does not work and the horn is wired via toggle switch on dash. It has A/C but hasnt been charged for a few years. The lift pump leaks fuel. I do not have the tools to put a new O-ring in it. This car is in NORMAL condition for it's year and being used as a work car for the last few years. The floorboards are weak (should be repaired soon). The only rust that you will see on this car is on both door sides . I have: an extra 5 speed transmission an extra head (not N.O.S) Injector pump complete (good) injector pump complete (have no idea about) The factory vacuum pump, MAYBE a powersteering pump that will go with this car. Car will have to be picked up. NO REFUNDS and a $100 deposit will be required within 24 hours of the close of auction. The rest of the payment will be due when the car is picked up and if arrangements are not made for pick up and payment within 48 hours of the close of this auction the car WILL BE RELISTED.
