That means it's still covered by Mini Coopers original factory bumper to bumper warranty - which includes all Mini recommended maintenence at $0 cost - until 36k miles or 10/31/12. Our 2010 Mini S is in fantastic shape with no dings, nicks or scratches and it has never been in any sort of accident and it has never had any paintwork done on it anywhere (I had the paint metered from tip to tail before I bought it). The interior is in like new condition with no noticeable wear at all. It has never been smoked in and has been adult owned and operated. It comes with a free and clear California "Lemon Law Buyback" title that is the result of the original owner and Mini agreeing to take the car back. I have the actual service paperwork from Mini that states the problem as "Vehicle hestitates, stalls and will not start". The repairs made by Mini were "cleaned carbon intake valves" which was completed on 7/1/11. I bought this car from a BMW/Mini dealer friend of mine in Cost Mesa on 11/10/11 and we've had it at our home here in Fullerton ever since. I have all of my cars cleaned every week and fully waxed and detailed once a month. This is a fantastic Mini that works 100% correctly and just to be clear we have not had ONE SINGLE PROBLEM with it since we got it. It starts right up every single time and it gets terrific gas mileage (30+) even around town. We've had all of the service and minor recalls done at Crevier BMW/Mini in Santa Ana and I have all of the paperwork for the new owners records.
