For sale 1968 numbers matching Dodge Charger-440 motor automatic transmission-sure-grip differential; fender tag/vin/motor/transmission are all numbers matching. The radiator support frame matches shipping order number on build sheet and fender tag. This is a real charger no clone-rare opportunity to fix this car yourself. Included with the car are the following: 1) Fully restored grille ($2,000 cost with NOS headlights) this was the original grille off car 2) laminated and unlaminated window sticker 3) Original owners manual and sales brochure 4) Build sheet and fender tag 5) New sail panel for under window 6) Extra front and new goodmark rear bumper with bumperettes Body needs work-new rear frame rails and middle frame cross rail; needs new floor and trunk pans. Car is not drivable, however can be rolled. Pictures should tell all. Took pictures of all numbers from vin/radiator/motor/transmission (everything matches original buildsheet). Motor is not in the car but I have the ability to set it in a truck or trailer for you. I am the 3rd owner of this car. 1st owner purchased new in 68 and sold in 78. 2nd owner owned the vehicle from 78 to 2009 when I purchased the vehicle. 2nd owner drove the vehicle until 1985 when he got in some trouble and had to park the car with the present mileage. Car has not been driven since! He pulled the motor in 2008 and started to rebuild. The motor is put back together with the exception of intake, carb, and valve covers. Motor is not blown. I was going to and would strongly urge winning bidder to disassemble motor and rebuild from scratch. This way you know it is put together properly, no loose bolts. I would be willing to deliver the car to the Mopar Nationals in Columbus, OH on Saturday, August 11th for an additional $300. The motor is out of the car. I could put on a 4 wheel cart (I do not have a motor jack or stand). Car would need pushed off my trailer onto yours. Dont let this opportunity pass you by!
