The car has all maintenance records since new from the dealer and will be handed over to the buyer. This is the Limited model, so it has the heated leather seats, panoramic sunroof, 6CD in dash, dual climate, etc. Automatic transmission. Comes with 2 keys and fobs. Non-smoker. Everything works. It currently has a shade over 146k miles and drives great. The car has never been in an accident or had paintwork, although there are some scratches and wear you should expect from a car of this vintage. Interior in general is in great shape. Leather seats are in great shape, only the driver's seat shows age, passenger and rear seats were rarely used. Tires and brakes will have no problems passing any state's safety inspection. As mentioned, car was dealer-serviced and every single issue has been sorted out except now the Subaru dealer diagnosed the car with leaky valve cover gaskets, it's a very minor seepage and in fact there are no drops on the ground when parked overnight. The car has no drivability issues however it is leaking and I want to make that clear to potential buyers. MachV Motorsports (a specialist in Subaru boxer engines) in Sterling VA quoted ~$300 to fix this.
