Up for your consideration as an amazing 2001 Ford Escape XLT. It has all the options available: privacy glass, roof rack, towing package, all wheel drive, automatic transmission, powerful yet economical V6, leather interior, moonroof, high-end factory MACH audio system with 6-disc changer (which I've never used, haha, don't have any CD's) Interior and exterior are both in outstanding condition. Car is regularly hand washed and waxed, interior is vacuumed A LOT, and shampooed when necessary. Dash and trim treated with Armor-All, Rain-X on all exterior glass, etc. I'm a car guy, so I'm pretty ridiculous about keeping things clean and in working order. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this car. No check engine lights, no weird noises, no bad smells, no leaks, no rattles. As a matter of fact, I DARE YOU to come look at this car and guess its year and mileage only by that experience. Assuming you'd never seen the stats on this ad, I'd wager that you'd assume it's about five years (or more) newer and has half as many miles on it! So why am I selling this great car?! My girlfriend and I just bought a new Ford Focus and a new truck (also a ford of course) so neither of us is driving this great little sport ute anymore. It's all paid off, I have the clear title in-hand, ready to sign over to the proud new owner. I also have 100% of the receipts and service records since new, including original window sticker. They're all organized by date, and are in the driver's seat-back pocket for your review. Aside from all the above options, I also have a towing chain that I store with the spare tire that will come with the car. Also comes with an FM tuner for mp3/iPod, Haynes & Bentley service manual, hood-mounted bug deflector, rear-view-mounted blue emergency lights (If you can show me a valid, state-issued blue light permit), Lifetime K&N airfilter, just cleaned, full tank of gas, and fresh (as in 0 miles) oil change upon sale. Additionally, the tires still look great, but they were installed at 38,080 and should be changed before winter, SO, serious buyers may contact me, and we can agree upon a deal in which I will put brand new tires on the Escape, new owner's choice of brand / style / size, and we will negotiate to share the cost of the tires. If I was buying a new-to-me vehicle, I wouldn't want to have to put 4 new tires on it in 6 months or less; you shouldn't have to either.
