Vehicle Detail

This car was listed on ebay last month. It was involved in an accident during the bidding process and it was removed from the auction. We ran into the back bumper of a truck and there is damage to the front of the car, see the first five photos. The radiator is pushed into the alternator and power steering unit. The hood, grill, left fender, and bumper are shot. There does not appear to be damage to the engine or anything behind the forward part of the engine. It is beyond my capability to repair the damage so I will sell the car as is. I cannot guarantee anything about the vehicle but I will work with any interested parties to provide any desired information. EVERYTHING BEYOND THIS SENTENCE IS THE DESCRIPTION FROM THE INITIAL LISTING ON EBAY AND IS GIVEN TO PROVIDE THE CONDITION PRIOR TO THE COLLISION. All photos after the first five are from the previous listing. This car is in its original factory condition and is in very good shape considering its age. The paint is in good condition, with some minor scratches. There is no significant rust on the car ( west coast only), just a few very minor spots. It appears to have been garaged for most of its life. There is a large dent on the right rear door (see photos). The dashboard and upholstery are in good condition overall and it has been smoke-free. The driver's seat has wear and the front passenger seat has a very small worn area (see photos). The car runs well and starts reliably. Each cylinder was tested at 150 lbs 6 months ago. The odometer reading is 61,089. The transmission shifts smoothly. The power steering is smooth. The following items have been replaced in the last 6 months: carburetor (rebuilt), belts, coolant hoses, thermostat, coolant, plugs, plug wires, points, condenser, rotor, battery, battery cables, transmission cooler hoses, strut arm bushings, oil, and filter. The left side of the vehicle sits slightly lower than the right side (possible spring issue). The back two window cranks are missing the knobs but are functional. The tires have legal tread but are relatively low and will need to be replaced sometime soon.
