For sale is my 1992 Toyota 4x4. I am the original owner and purchased this truck in August 1992. Truck was purchased in Russellville, AR, and was on salt free roads from 1992 -1997, before coming to MD. Truck has never been smoked in and has never been used to tow anything. Engine is in great shape and only needs an extra quart of oil between oil changes (every 5,000 miles). Interior is also in excellent shape with one small tear on back of driver's seat (tear has been there for about 15 years without getting any bigger). Body is also in great shape with the exception of ding and rust on tailgate. Body was made ding free and painted in May 2009 at a quality shop for $4,000. Tailgate was fine before this, I think they painted over some drain holes in the tailgate, thus causing the rust. Ding on tailgate is from a hand dolly falling into it. Frame and underside of vehicle are about normal for a 20 year old vehicle. Four new tires ($650) have a little over 1,000 miles on them. Truck is stock except for rubber bed liner (covers bottom of bed) and snap tonneau cover. Milage in pictures, and listed, is changing as this vehicle is being driven. Since June 16, we have driven it from home to: Surf City, NC, Oakland, MD and to northern PA (vacations). Truck is dependable and runs well. This truck has never seen any major off road use requiring four wheel drive. It has seen some use in the snow in four wheel drive. Truck gets 20 mpg around town and 25 mpg highway (4 cylinder 22RE). I am selling this vehicle because I currently own four 20+ year old vehicles, and between them all, they are kind of running my time (also selling 1991 CRX once new engine is put in - timing belt broke). The only major issue the truck has is no air conditioning (it has been out for 3 years). Minor issues are tailgate rust and ding, small patch painted over on ding on passenger side of bed, and small tear on seat. I have saved most receipts from work I have done, and work shops have done, to truck.
