Rare 1970 RT/SE Dodge Charger. Only 1450 of these Chargers were made with both the RT and SE option. It was more common to see one option or the other on a vehicle. This vehicle has the Charcoal interior with the dark burn't orange exterior. This is an original U code 440/370 hp car. It does not have the matching number 440 or 727 trans. It currently has a 69 440 350hp motor and trans with 69Hp manifolds. I have a 70 hp short block that goes with the car and a correct 70HP carburetor (4741S), 70 intake manifold, 70 HP exhaust manifolds and 70HP correct distributor(3438222 red tag), 70hp 6quart pan with pickup tube, jack, handle, base 7 retention spring included with the car. As you can see by the pictures, this is a very solid car. I removed the carpet for replacement and it shows only surface rust on the solid floors. The car runs and drives great. The current transmission has a full manual shift valve body which was installed by the previous owner, just figured I would mention it. The factory carburetor was sent out to Pony carburetors and completely restored( see pictures). The car is a very desirable dark burn't orange color. It was repainted a few years back with the addition of "house of colors" candy added to give it a little more pop when the sun hits it. Not too much just enough. The headliner and interior needs to be redone. The front seats still are the original leather and need to be redone. All the A/C is there but it needs to be recharged. The car has factory disc brakes. It has a Tuff wheel which was a rare option in the 70 Charger, but I cannot verify if it is original or not.
