This 1988 Ferrari Testarossa has been enjoyed and driven by the present owner for the past eight years. He has decided to sell it only because of failing health and has asked me to help him sell it. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a relatively low mileage Testarossa ( about 1800 miles per year ) which has had regular maintenance since new. The paint and interior are in exceptional condition and the engine and transmission operate flawlessly.There is no known wreck damage or rust issues. A recent service included a new ignition coil to replace one which was breaking down at higher RPMs, an oil service with a new oil filter and Mobil One synthetic oil and an A/C service which included topping off the freon. The only known repair which is needed is the hood release handle and cable. They were not replaced because the parts were not available before the car was listed. The last time the timing belt was replaced was at believed to be at about 30,000 miles. The tool kit was taken from the car several years ago and is not available. The car is being offered at a buy-it-now price but please feel free to make offers for the owner's consideration. The car is available for a prepurchase inspection by appointment. Please ask questions before bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping the car, but if the buyer chooses, the car is ready to be driven also.
