This is a 30+ year-old car with a few small imperfections, blemishes, rock chips along with a few brush touched up spots. Overall the car presents quite well. THE INTERIOR The interior of this car is in EXCEPTIONAL near-flawless condition overall! There is a very small tear on the bottom of the driver seat, ALL controls, dials and features work as they should though the a/c is not blowing cold. The carpets are ammazingly fresh as are the door panels, wood trim, headliner and seat upholstery. The original radio works though will not be winning any audiophile awards. The interior of this car definitely shows as a well-kept classic! THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE This 1980 BMW drives quite smooth and solid with good pull from the 3.0 liter engine. The brakes are excellent, the unmodified suspension is VERY supple and quiet with good tracking down the highway. The exhaust is quiet with a just right light snarl when revved. This car pulls well in the higher revs. There is a slight wheel shimmy and pulsating under braking. This is a lovely car to motor down a sunny highway with the huge open sunroof.
