SELLING MY 1965 FJ40 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER, 4X4, IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, RUNS GREAT. I PURCHASED THE CRUISER IN 2004 AND IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS. THERE WERE TWO PREVIOUS OWNERS THAT I AM AWARE AND MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT IT SPENT MOST OF ITS PREVIOUS LIFE IN NEVADA. OVER THE YEARS I REPLACED SEVERAL PARTS INCLUDING THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER, CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER, TIE ROD ENDS, EXHAUST, SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES, AIR FILTER AND BATTERY. IT HAS ALSO RECEIVED A NEW PAINT JOB (ORIGINAL COLOR). IT HAS A BRUSH GUARD AND A RAMSEY 8000 WINCH ON THE FRONT. CURRENTLY IT DOES NOT HAVE A BATTERY INSTALLED FOR THE WINCH. THERE IS ALSO A CARGO RACK IN STORAGE THAT IS INCLUDED. THE CRUISER HAS BRACKETS ON THE FRONT THAT HOLD EXTERNAL MILITARY SURPLUS (USMC) FUEL CANS ALSO INCLUDED. THERE ARE A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE PAINT AND A FEW BLACK MARKS THAT WERE LEFT BY A CHEAP CAR COVER. ALSO THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW DOESN'T STAY UP WITH OUT THE HELP OF AN IMPROVISED PIN AND THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER SEEMS TO WORK INTERMITTENTLY. OVERALL A GREAT VEHICLE THAT IS A JOY TO DRIVE AND WILL TURN HEADS. WILL BE SAD TO SEE IT GO BUT HAPPY TO KNOW IT FINDS A NEW OWNER THAT WILL ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS I DID.
