My companion and I travelled long and far into the dry desert heat. We were hot on the trail of a small British car. No sooner had be made that purchase then the friendly seller alerted us to this mustang that his landlord had for sale. We were both taken aback by the sheer radical outlandish paint job and interior. I couldn't believe so much work had gone in to this custom job. I was wrong. This was no custom. This is 1 of 1158 Olympic commemorative mustangs. We were able to strike a deal and tow this baby home. Apparently it had sat in the possession of an old collector and had only recently been liberated. The last reg tag is 1986. This rare pony has been hidden away for 26 years!!! The car itself is one of our best ever. It runs so smoothly and roars to a start on one click of a key. The brakes stop so well, you might lose your lunch. The originality of this car is what makes a car guy tick. We have sold some rare birds and ponies and bronco and you name it. This car has presence. It attracts your eye. You can not ignore this car. Apparently it's the B package which included these killer 15" magnums. The interior has worn very well. The headliner is sagging and there's a new one in a box. The windshield trim is in the trunk as well. When you look at the gauges they appear to have been restored or are brand new. This is an unbelievable car.
