Vehicle Detail

This is a nice driver quality 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S 2dr hardtop. It has the original 350ci 2bbl motor and three speed auto trans (center console shift) as far as I can tell. I can try to verify the stamp on the block if I can find it if someone is seriously interested. The motor does run, but will need some tuning. I think it is just bad points in the distributor. The rear end has been replaced with a ten bolt posi from a 1971 Cutlass I believe. The car was originally ivory white with a black vinyl top. It has been repainted an emerald green color. The vinyl top is in good shape. However, there are some rust bubbles starting underneath it to. The paint is an older job (single stage). There are only a couple minor rust issues in the lower fenders, deck lid inner lip, and the rear passenger side wheel opening. There is also some bubbling starting in various locations on the car, but it hasn't come through the paint in most spots yet. This car does not need full body panel replacement! Probably just some small patches if you want to do it right and some touch ups here and there. The floors and trunk are super solid as is the frame. It is a drum brake all around car. The brakes will need some attention. I am including some new hardware kits for the front drums, and some stainless pre-bent brake lines (not installed yet). The car will need a new exhaust installed as the current one appears to be original and it has seen better days. The interior has newer black carpet. The dash pad IS NOT cracked. The steering wheel does have some cracks and could use replacing, but its there and functional. The front buckets have been replaced with the correct no head rest buckets from another GM A body vehicle. There are some minor rips in the front and rear seats, but nothing to major. The bumpers are in good shape with no dents although there is a small amount of rust on the top of the front bumper. I have the original jack for the trunk (minus the lug wrench) and spare wheel. The car currently has pontiac rally wheels on it with good tires, but a set of olds rallys (will need blasted and painted) will go with the car as well. The windshield has two chips in it, but no cracks. The door and rear windows all roll up and down as they should. There are some new parts I have that also go with it that are not installed yet to include stainless brake and fuel lines, front drum brake hardware kits, complete body mount bushing and bolt set, distributor points, master cylinder gasket, battery, and both door weather strips. I have a clear Ohio title in my name for the car. Interested parties can contact Randy at 440 829-0536 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 440 829-0536 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I will not respond to texts and I don't check my email that often so its best to just call. I will be happy to answer any questions. I have listed this vehicle as accurately as possible and there is no warranty either expressed or implied. Shipping and or pick up is the responsibility of the winning bidder. However, I will make myself available to help load the car. The vehicle and title will not leave my possession until the auction is paid in full through PayPal. Thanks for looking and good luck!
