1960 Mercedes SL 220 for parts or restoration. Engine is straight inline 6 with factory dual carbs. Engine starts easy and runs well with no smoking or knocking. 4 speed transmission with shifter on the column that shifts well. Has all original windows and windshield with no cracks or breaks. Body has solid frame with very little cancer and no dents in body panels. Have all original parts such as hubcaps and chrome for sides. Interior has all gauges and is in generally fair shape, but really needs some TLC. Though this car runs, it needs some overall restoration work to make it street ready. It will need to be trailered for transfer to destination. Car has a clear Louisiana title. Car is being sold as one unit and WILL NOT be parted out. Read terms of payment before bidding. PayPal is preferred. Cashier’s checks from US Banks will be accepted, but delivery will not take place until check clears. All sales are final. All fees associated with shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. In-person inspections are welcomed. Delivery might be possible for an additional fee contingent on distance from Louisiana, but buyer reserves decision on delivery until details are clear. In other words, delivery to Alaska would be possible, but you might not be willing to pay what it would cost. Final responsibility for delivery of this vehicle rests solely with the buyer.
