The exterior is in great condition! The panels are ding and dent free with no major signs of any damage! The undercarriage shows no major rust issues, there is just the usual surface rust building up. The baby blue color truly sets off the look of this car! The vehicle was fully detailed and the buff brought back the shine in the paint!

This particular Maxima is the SE model and it comes with a spoiler that is integrated with a 3rd brake light as well as the premium 17” five star Nissan rims! Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer.
