Up for auction is a 1969 Nissan Patrol. This is a very VERY rare vehicle! Nissan Imported a little over 2600 of these vehicles to the states to compete with Toyota, Jeep and Other off road vehicles of the 60's. In 1969 Nissan changed quite a few things that make this Patrol different from just about everyone out there. As you can imagine with so few being imported to the U.S. and the fact that even the newest one of these is over 40 years old that there are not too many left and especially none that are this clean and complete. I have recently changed the oil, coolant and flushed the brakes. The brake shoes have also been replaced and I just put brand new BFGoodrich tires on it. It starts up, runs and drives great! I drive it all over with no problem-Even all the gauges work!!!! The factory seats were recovered in correct black and silver material-even the fold up rear seats are in good shape. I have included a spare points set, oil filter and factory manual. I have found that parts are not difficult to come by as most everything can be found either by the internet or as a suitable sub from local auto parts stores. The 6 cylinder motor was used in Forklifts here in the states so anything motor wise is easily obtainable. The overall condition is very good for a truck of its age there are a few blemishes and rust spots that I have tried to show in pictures. The paint is definitely not perfect but the truck shows very well and it has been an absolute blast to own and drive. The couple times I have taken it off road the four wheel drive worked well and went everywhere I asked it to. I have watched Patrols for the last couple of years that I have owned this truck and I have never seen one this nice. This is a very rare truck that always gets looks and a ton of questions where ever I take it. Please ask any and all questions!
