The salesman, Shawn Kelly was "brutally honest." Since I was a car salesman in Ohio I knew what to expect. We spoke on the phone for a little while before and I explained to him that I didn't want to waste his or my time because of my financial situation. He found a couple of Vettes but were unable to get financed. He amusingly said I was going to get a new car (yeah right). I really didn't believe it but once I arrived we talked and I gave him all the information. A while later I got approved and drove away with a new 2011 Avenger. I was and still am very happy with everything. Courtesy treated me right and to this day Mr. Kelly and I keep in touch. That was not an option for us, as we have small children. The second car was nice - we liked it, but it had more body damage than we would have liked. We test drove it, but when we got back from the drive, we saw the third. Still don't know why it had been detailed (stickers removed, etc). But we are certainly glad it was -- we bought it that same night.Mike and the entire staff went out of their way to see that we were comfortable, that we were happy and satisfied with our vehicle.We will definitely recommend the Dealership to others. When I got there I was greeted by Robert Wagner and he was very helpful. He said he just started at this dealer but has been in the business for awhile. I could tell he has experience because of his knowledge about the jeeps but he did not act like the sleezy salesperson you would think. He is laid back and does not pressure you at all. We took out the exact Wrangler I was looking for and made a deal I was comfortable with. I do believe I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere but with the sales experience Robert gave me I would recommend everyone go see him. Courtesy has previously seen me through a Dodge Durango and a Dodge Challenger; now it is time to change again. I am a disabled vet and I have found it necessary to have a vehicle which will be capable of handling a power wheelchair and a lift. Mike Dunlap was the man to help me do this.
Without having much more than my car and a reason to change vehicles, I put Mike to work. He took my needs and wants and went to work hunting for my vehicle. For awhile, things were going pretty slow and then things started to fall into place. In a short time Mike had found me something that I was happy with.
With Mike's salesmanship comes a magnitude of attributes; he is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He digs in to not only do his job but to help with anything else that he can. He continued to see the sale through until the conclusion.
It is this type of salesman, namely Mike Dunlap, that keeps me coming back to conduct more business. I will be seeing Mike again in the future.

Contacted Ryan via e-mail. Returned my e-mail very quickly. Worked with me to fine a Jeep that had the options that I was looking for. Negotiations were quick and I got what I was looking for. Was one of the easiest purchases I have ever had.

This was Brian's first sale and we were very impressed with his knowledge, client service skills and overall customer service interaction. He treated us with respect and listened to our needs and wants. Mike also was very helpful in finding solutions and finishing the deal. We are repeat customers of Brandon Chrysler for the very reason we are never pressured and always treated so well. The finance section, which usually is very tedious in other dealerships, was streamlined and the best experience we have ever had. My family experience with Mike Dunlap from the first day of contact was very professional. I had a bad experience with another dealership and was looking for someone to listen to what exactly we wanted not what helps with their sell quote for the day.
Well Mike was someone that listen to what my family needs were and worked until the end of the night making sure we were happy with the choices that we were making. I will make sure to recommend his service to others.
Mike Dunlap is a Salesman that excels above the level of good customer service. His knowledge and experience with helping my son learn and understand all the function of his new car went way above what I would call a job well done.

I went in looking for a used Corvette. The salesman, Shawn Kelly was "brutally honest." Since I was a car salesman in Ohio I knew what to expect. We spoke on the phone for a little while before and I explained to him that I didn't want to waste his or my time because of my financial situation. He found a couple of Vettes but were unable to get financed. He amusingly said I was going to get a new car (yeah right). I really didn't believe it but once I arrived we talked and I gave him all the information. A while later I got approved and drove away with a new 2011 Avenger. I was and still am very happy with everything. Courtesy treated me right and to this day Mr. Kelly and I keep in touch. As a matter of fact we went to lunch a couple of days ago while my car was in for the 1000 mile inspection and the 1st free oil change. As I said, even as a former car salesman I was treated fairly and honestly. I will be returning to Courtesy for my next car. Thank you Shawn and Courtesy for a job well done.

We were in the market for a used late model full size truck...and Mike came to the rescue..trust me I hate going to dealerships but Mike made it easy for us..he found our truck the price we wanted...he was awesome honest and super nice...Mike is the man...we are happy with our new truck...thanks Mike!!!

Excellent car buying experience.
The first car we looked at had been a Smoker's car. That was not an option for us, as we have small children. The second car was nice - we liked it, but it had more body damage than we would have liked. We test drove it, but when we got back from the drive, we saw the third. Still don't know why it had been detailed (stickers removed, etc). But we are certainly glad it was -- we bought it that same night.
Mike and the entire staff went out of their way to see that we were comfortable, that we were happy and satisfied with our vehicle.
We will definitely recommend the Dealership to others.

was shopping for a new car on the internet this past week and found one I like at Courtesy. I called the dealership and spoke to Frank who verified that the car was still available and we set up an appointment. Within 30 minutes I received an email confirming my appointment and all Franks contact information. When I arrived Frank had the car up front and ready for my test drive, 1 hour later I was on my home in my new car!! Need a new car, go see Frank Diaz at Courtesy.

to this dealer. I went there anyway because I was looking for a new Wrangler and they are the closest. When I got there I was greeted by Robert Wagner and he was very helpful. He said he just started at this dealer but has been in the business for awhile. I could tell he has experience because of his knowledge about the jeeps but he did not act like the sleezy salesperson you would think. He is laid back and does not pressure you at all. We took out the exact Wrangler I was looking for and made a deal I was comfortable with. I do believe I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere but with the sales experience Robert gave me I would recommend everyone go see him. He will tell you anything you need to know about a car and more. His knowledge of his cars as well as competitors is impressive.

purchase of a used GMC truck from Courtesy. I am a little confused by all the negative reviews listed here, which almost caused me to look elsewhere. I am glad I chose to ignore what I read here and proceeded with my purchase. My shopping experience started with a phone call to this dealership inquiring if a truck I saw online was still available, the sales person told it showed available in his computer. He then offered to walk out to the lot and check on the truck to make sure it was still there and then call me back so I wouldn't waste a trip. About 15 minutes later I received a call that it was still there and that he park it up front so that when I arrived I could view it and test drive it quickly ... purchase of a used GMC truck from Courtesy.
