For sale , a 1993 Volvo 240, one owner vehicle bought new in December of 1993. Has a sun roof and nearly new headliner. ThIs Volvo is equiped with aluminum wheels, not the stock wheels. These wheels cost $380.00, a piece ( I know this because I had to replace one when my wife struck a big piece of metal on the highway. It has blue clothe interior that is in great shape. The Odometer indicates 149,000 miles but has approxiomately 200,000 as it stoped working a few years ago. The car runs great and was my wife’s since new. There are no known mechcanial problems with the engine and the air works well. This car has never been smoked in. Known problems with the car include, hail damage with large dents in the hood, trunk and roof, golf ball sized hail storm. Sorry we have no close up photos of the hail damage, but they are there. The AM/FM radio is not working and one speaker in the right front door is lose. There is a sun fading to the carpet on the rear deck, and the glove box door is a bit loose. The driver side front carpet shows alot of wear. The car is located in El Paso, Texas. We gave the car to a friend who is a Missionary in Mexico and she cannot import the car into Mexico because of cost, and it can’t be registered in the Frontera , ( border area) due to Mexican regulations regarding the import of Europeon vehicles. The title and title applications are with the car in El Paso.
