1969 Rambler 4-door Sedan. This has been my Uncle's Project Car for about 10 years. He recently moved to a retirement home and has no more time to fiddle with it. Obviously, he is not a body man, just did it as a hobby. It is a great restoring project for the Rambler collector . Needs a lot of TLC but has a strong motor and runs like a champ. All original paper work included. Please don't hesitate to ask quesitons. This car is in great mechanical condition. Start it up and drive it away. It is still registered and was driven up till a few days ago when I posted it on ebay. There are 2 cracks in the dash. There is no rot on the firewall, fenders or trunk, very clean. I said the floor boards may be rotten but now Im thinking maybe not. My uncle did things to this car to keep busy whether they really needed it or not. He put sheet metal on the front floor boards but I knocked on the floor and it is solid. Same with the fenders. There is bondo but it appears it was done for dings and dents, not rust. Im posting many pictures and I hope this helps with the questions.On Jun-08-12 at 12:00:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Okay, I talked with my Uncle to get more details. Forgive me, he's slightly senile. He said there were some holes in the front floor boards. He fiberglassed them and put the sheet metal over it. As you can see in the pictures, the rest of the car is in great conditon. I am lowering the reserve to $500. in hopes of someone giving this car a home. He can't take it to the retirement home and its gotta go. Thanks
