I purchased this car at an auction about 4 years ago. It is not a perfect car by any means but for the price has been fun to take the kids around town. I know a little bit about cars but am by no means a gear head so i will answer questions as best as i can.... I am not sure which engine it has and i did take it to my local mechanic - Wild bills in Temecula to verify. He wasn't sure as well (numbers are faded). Tires have about 200 miles on them. Windshield was leaking so it was replaced.Problem areas - the Ignition Key cylinder was drilled out by the auction where i bought the car as well as the trunk cylinder so if you dont mind using any key to start it, it will need a new cylinder. behind both front tires on the body there is some rust (in pictures). it has had some body work done on the RH Qtr and LH Fender. There is an oil leak between the motor/tranny seal. I got a quote to fix it for $600 from wild Bills. I live on land so it hasn't been a priority for me to fix.You are welcome to come out and inspect/drive, whatever. buyer will be responsible for shipping. I can possibly help but will need payment before i drive anywhere. CA Registration has not been paid in a couple of years. I used to have dealer plates so i never bothered. I'll get down to the DMV and find out what the fees are and try to figure out a way around them if possible.
