I am selling my 1970 Ford F-100 because I have 2 projects and only room for one. It has a 390 out of a 1967 Galaxy, C-6 automatic trans, new battery. I have put a few new parts on and tinkered a lot on it. Edlebrock 600cfm four barrel carb I bought new about 5 years ago with a new distributor and replaced the points with a pertronics system(what a great upgrade, so simple). 3 yrs ago Front disc brakes, new tie rods and draglink. This truck is super straight with original Boxwood Green/Winbleton White paint that has a great patina. Wheels are 15x10 about 6yrs old(definitely need a good polish), Tires are very worn but hold air and are road worthy. 390 ran like a champ but has oil leaks and I think it has lost compression in one cylinder. The transmission leaks a lot but I always checked it and kept it full. It shifted great, no slips or lags. Bottom line it’s a great value on a great truck. Super easy to work on and I have a few new and used extra parts for it including a set of nice captains chairs from a 1995 Ford van. I am asking $1500, OBO, may concider partial trade for work or goods.
