Vehicle Detail

1986 Buick Grand National. 3.8l turbo v6 Mostly all original two owner car. Bought in Nevada and always Nevada titled. This is a true desert car without any rust! Has rare aluminum early production bumber inserts as well as rear aluminum brake drums. There were very few 1986 GN's made......I believe the production numbers are around 5500. I bought the car in 1996 and drove it till 2002. It hasnt been plated since 2002. When you run the car fax report you will see the last registration and milage hasnt moved since 2003. Since 2003 there has been a lot of work done to the car that includes: New rebuilt factory stock long block motor. The motor has under 1000 miles on it. New rebuilt 200r4 transmission. The Trans has about 1000 miles on it. New torque converter. New 009 injectors. New Walboro 340 fuel pump. New rebuilt factory turbo (John Craig). New Paint New shocks, springs, body bushings, X braces, Control arm bushings (front & rear, top & bottom). Factory stainless headers welded. 3 inch single shot exhaust. New coil pack. All the glass is without cracks or scratches. All the interior is very nice without rips, tears or burns and not faded. The carpet has a small wear area, way high near the top of the gas pedal on the trans tunnel. Other than that it is very nices as well. All the interior trim is very nice without scratches, fading, cracks or burns. Power windows are slow just like all regals. The factory mags are very nice without large scatches and no rust, dents, cracks and are true. All outside trim is not missing and is very nice. All GN badges are very nice. All spoilers very nice, as well as marker lights and tail lights. Tires will need to be replaced. One center cap is missing. Power antenna needs to be replaced. Car will need to be tuned....but runs pretty good now. Probably one of the last true Detroit muscle cars of the last century that is only going to go up in value.
