1952 Olds Super 88 Holiday Hardtop. Vin #528N8007 This is a very Original car That runs excellent with very low original miles. Original 4 speed automatic works fine.Original Rocket 303 4 barrel runs fine. Only modern upgrade on this car is an Electric Fuel Pump to help with starting since the car see's little use. Starts right up after sitting for a month or two. Brakes were done less then a year ago.Battery is 6 months old The Car tracks and stops straight as an arrow. This is an unmolested garaged SURVIVOR that has a 15 year old respray that still looks very presentable. All metal work is very solid with at most surface rust underneath on the frame. Solid Floors, Solid Trunk etc.The Body is as straight and nice as the images show. Doors close solidly with no sag. The only imperfections are minor and re-spray related. The spare tire well has been repaired at the bottom with metal and should last another 60 years. It retains its original Oldsmobile color Combo of Arctic Blue with Serge Blue Roof and Dark Blue Leather and Silver Gray. The Interior is all original including the Carpets that are falling apart on the drivers side floor The Top corners of the Leather seat backs in front have lost their stitching, they can be re-sewn by a professional. The Seat bottom cushions are fine. Trunk Cardboard and cloth is original. All Glass is original, the drivers side and passenger front side are cracked but solid. Have not done anything about this since I drive it only on nice days with the windows down most of the time. Everything Works the way it should except the windshield Squirter and Radio, I have not bothered to make them work. For you experts, yes the center grill extension was put on at the last minute,I Forgot about it until I was almost done taking pictures. I have the Original Rear Skirts, Antenna along with the Original Rear Bumper filler Panel that go with the car. Chrome is all in decent shape with pitting in areas, still presentable except the Complete Grill surround that is not on the car. I was going to send it out for re-chroming but now I do not have the time to maintain this car any longer. It is currently on the road and passed inspection no problem. This is still an original 6 volt system that works just fine for me. The Paint shows very well but has minor imperfections in a few places from old prep work, it is about 15 years old but this is better then a 20 footer for sure.
