1991 Black Mercury Capri- 2dr convertible. Has idling issues- revs up and down when in park. My mechanic does not do computer evaluations so not sure whats wrong. . Engine is good , trans good. Top has the usual signs of wear (rips) at the bottom edges( see photos) Will probably need a new top. Drivers side butterfly window need new rubber molding.New muffler in the past few months($450.00) Gets about 32-34 MPG. With a little work would make a great daily driver just in time for summer or woul;d be a great parts car. I would suggest that you tow or dolly it just to be safe. added 5/28: Now engines turns over but will not idle at all. So I guess towing/dolly are the only options. Still all in all a great car for the price.
