Notice: This is the second time that I have listed this vehicle. I stopped the first listing EARLY due to an unnoticed error on the "Vehicle History Report" brought to my attention by a potential bidder. After contacting the Pennsylvania DMV, I was assured that the title lien shown on 11/03/2004 is actually the date that the first lien was reported "RELEASED".
