This is a listing for a 1965 mustang coupe. I have owned the car for 6 years, but have known it's history for over 35 years. The car belonged tomy parents neighbor who had restored it for his daughter, however it was never driven. He kept the car in a barn for over 25 years. There is reason to believe that the current mileage is the original mileage on the car which is 40,707. It has a 6 cylinder engine which is the original. Because it sat in a barn, the paint has some rough spots and needs to be repainted. There is absolutely no rust and the doors are tight. I replaced all necessary hoses, put a new gas tank in it as well as new headliner. I had it appraised last year, so have a general idea of it's value which I will provide to the buyer. I have put less than 500 miles on it since buying it and it has been kept in my garage. I am selling the car because it's not being driven and I don't want it to deteriorate from lack of driving. It hasn't been driven for quite awhile and I'm sure it could use a tune up. It is a blast to drive and does quite well on gas. This is an excellent car and whoever buys it will be more than pleased with it's condition. I am selling for the appraised price. You must see the car to appreciate it as it will be a car that will only increase in value.
