NO RESERVE AUCTION – please bid to buy Up for bid is a beautiful bright red 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, powered by a strong 12 vavle 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel. The automatic transmission is new, has 3,000 miles on a $3000 rebuild (have receipt) This truck is in great condition compared to most. Paint is still glossy & bright, with the exception of a little clear coat peel (little spots that are hard to see) and few chips here and there. There is no rust what so ever. It is not a problem here in Oregon, unlike some states. The truck has brand new shocks, it rides very nice. There was $802.96 worth of 265/75r16 MT tires installed on 2/6/12 that only have 4,000 miles on them. The body just has a few minor dings. The only real dents, is from the bumper getting pushed into the bed on both sides (see pics) Truck is a sharper looker! The color is bright red. The pictures show it orangish. The inside of the truck is pretty clean. Not dirty or no funny smells. Does have a few light stains on carpet. The seats are good other than the normal tear in driver seat. Seats have nice, thick Dickies brand seat covers. All the gauges work properly. Truck has a $215.00 Pioneer blue tooth USB/IPOD/CD player that was bought new in February. All the Power windows/locks work. Windshield is new and in great shape, that cost $243.89. The motor is very tight, no funny noises or grows. From what I can tell it has had the fuel plate adjusted and I’m pretty sure it has a 3k governor spring, which is a great mod. Still has the factory exhaust and air box. Has never really been messed with. Has been an adult owned truck. Spicer 70 rear axle, Dana front. 3:50 gears. 4wd shifts smoothly and works flawless as well. Once again the transmission is new A few weeks ago this truck was just driven over 1,000 miles and it averaged 22MPG on the freeway at 75mph. Had no problems, ran great the entire time! The Odometer read 247,955 at this moment on 4/46/12. Still has years and years of life left in it. This is a great truck, which is getting hard to find! The steering is tight, but might need the track bar bushings replaced in the future (common dodge problem) The cruise control does not work. A/c needs recharged. Heater blows super hot!
