Vehicle Detail

***PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING*** This is a 2003 Honda Civic EX, 2 Door, with 110k miles, and automatic transmission. I bought this approximately 5 years ago, and have used it as my work car. It is in overall good condition with exceptions as noted below. It runs fine but please read below what still needs done. REPAIRS I have had numerous repairs done to get it ready to sell (all within the last two months, I have all the documentation), to include all of the following: - New Timing belt and component kit - New water pump - New belts - New plugs - New radiator and cap - New Thermostat - New valve cover gasket - New windshield (old one had a crack) THINGS TO NOTE There is a list of things to note about this vehicle, some of which cannot be seen properly in the pictures: Carpet is dirty/stained and needs cleaned. (Desperately) There is a hole in the carpet on the driver’s side where your foot rests against the floor. (As seen in the pic) There are some burns in the back seat (small but noticeable in the pictures) The remote keyless entry does not work on the driver’s side. Paint chips on the exterior of the vehicle (I think you can make out one of them in the picture) A few rubs and scrapes on the exterior (an example of this is shown in one of the pictures) And lastly, this vehicle WILL need a new head gasket soon. It leaks and does use coolant. The cost of this is what finally stopped me from finishing. I have spent nearly $2000.00 getting it all ready, but I do not have the time or patience or extra money to do this. If you know how to do it, it will cost around 200 dollars and 4 to 5 hours of your time…if not a GOOD mechanic will do it for around 800 dollars (ballpark figure. A franchise shop will try and rip you off for anywhere from 1200 to 1800 for this job. It’s not that tough I just do not have the time anymore and do not want to spend any more, so I am selling it like this. Of course this will be for local pickup only, unless the buyer wants to arrange and pay for their own transportation. In that case please let me know in advance. If you have questions please leave a message on Ebay or call 678-925-6407 between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm On May-01-12 at 17:10:16 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: Not sure it matters much at this point but I have found both sets of keys and remotes, along with the owner's manual.
